This clipper is a dual powered unit. It is a cordless and mains model which has a quick charge feature that means it can be full charged in around 3 hours. These clippers are great if you want to do more intricate work. There is a fine cut taper adjustment that allows you to get a very fine quality finish on the cut and they have a cleverly designed cutting angle of the blades that makes the cut extremely smooth. As you can use the clipper on the mains as well as charging them up we found that this was one of the most flexible products on the market.

The blades on clippers come in a variety of materials ranging from stainless steel right up to titanium and Japanese steel and this Babyliss Smooth Cut model comes with precision engineered ceramic blades which you would expect for clippers in this price range. You should expect to get around 75 mins of use from a 3 hour charge if you want to go cordless.
