This is another strange looking machine because of the rotary cutting blades. Lets start with the price on this clipper. At around £66 this is fully at the highest end of the Babyliss clipper range. Is it worth it ? I am not so sure but we will have a look at all the features and see what we think.
Babyliss is a quality manufacturer and this funny looking model from them is at the top of their clipper range and is extremely well rated . At around £66 and averaging 3.5 out of 5 in the ratings , the jury is definitely out on this one.
This clipper is designed for self use and for a short cut. It is a cordless model and comes with 4 cutting combs from 1-4 so Crew cut is a good name for it. It is also one of the fastest charging model with a 3 hour charge getting you 60 minutes of use.
The Babyliss brand have been around for a very long time. They have worked with salons and stylists and have perfected its professional hair styling expertise.
As such they have developed products and technologies that meet professional requirements: performance, precision and protection define their products.
They are a French company based in Paris but also here in the UK. They have a Babyliss for Men range as well as many cosmetic products for the ladies.
They sell to 61 countries worldwide and so far have sold over 5.5 million hair styling products, 4 million hair trimmers and 2.5 million hair driers.
This clipper has a very average rating for the money of 3.5 out of 5. We haven't seen a clipper of this style but it seems to work very well for some and not so well for others.
As you know the blades on clippers come in a variety of materials ranging from stainless steel right up to titanium and Japanese steel and this Crewe cut clipper comes with Japanese steel blades which is probably reflected in the high price.
People either love or hate of these clippers, there is no in between. I find this strange and think some people just like to have the most expensive model , regardless of how good it is.
With half of users rating this clipper 5 out of 5 and 3 out of 10 users rating it quite low, its hard to say if these are good or bad. We don't find these type of statistics very often.
Straightaway we found that over half of people rated this as a slightly above average product.
If we consider all the ratings and reviews, we have to think that this a quality product but its not quite worth the very high price tag. .
According to buyers, these clippers are a very good buy with 50% of people giving them a high rating.

We think that this is a very good product. It ticks many boxes and is certainly of a high standard, we just don't think its worth the very high price tag so I don't think we can really recommend this clipper as a good value for money product.
