Braun Silk-Epil 3 3270 Women's Epilator UK Review
Most people will know the name Braun as they are very well known as manufacturers of very high quality electrical goods. They are a lot better known for making men's electric razors and aren't not so well known for epilators. They are actually the leading manufacturer of this type of unit with few other companies making them.Â
This Series 3 3270 model Epilator is cheapest in range and is also one of the best sellers. This is not always a good combination as its unlikely that the cheapest model is the best and just because a lot of people buy it, doesn't mean that its good.
That being said we wont hold the low price against it. If its good, its good. Keep in mind though that it will undoubtably lack some of the features of the more expensive models. What jumps out to me straight away is that the head is much smaller with less epilating tweezers and its not cordless so it has to be plugged in to us.

There are literally  hundreds of reviews for this product ranging from really good to not great. In general they tell us that the product works very well at removing hair. It leaves the skin smooth and doesn't cause much irritation so as an epilator for sensitive areas, it works great.
That's not the problem. Buyers who gave a poor review found that they lacked the build quality of the more expensive models. In essence they thought this epilator was a bit flimsy though no one complained of it actually breaking. Some were also really annoyed that it came with a 2 pin plug though it still gets a pretty good rating but not everybody loved it.
There is always one Victor Meldrew but its plain to see that although this product has a good overall rating its not delighting everyone. It seems it works really well and the extra shaver head is really handy.

Tips for first time epilator users
The right time for epilation is in the evening. If you go to bed with a few bumps or irritations they will be gone by the morning. You should prepare by taking a warm showing an all over exfoliation. This helps to relax the skin and reduce ingrowing hairs.

Hold your epilator loosely and naturally a 90 degree angle to your legs and move the epilator going against the direction of hair growth. Not much pressure is required, just touch the epilator lightly on the skin. Braun Silk Epil’s cooling glove and massaging rollers will minimise any discomfort and once you get the hang of it, epilation becomes virtually painless.
The number one thing to remember is always moisturise after epilation and never before. This will give the best results and get set for soft, silky skin in the morning.
