The HairMax LaserComb Advanced is being classed as yet another medical breakthrough in the hair growth and hair loss marketplace. According to the manufacturers, this particular device has been tested and proven to re-grow hair for more than 94% of the people who used it.
I think it is refreshing to see that at least they state, that this does not work for everyone. It does however claim very high success rates of 94%. So let's take a closer look. Again according to the product makers, this comb has been used by thousands of individuals to re-grow their hair naturally and safely.
The good news about this one is that you can use it in the comfort and privacy of your own home. Although not a cheap option, it is certainly a great deal cheaper, than going to a laser clinic, which really does cost a fortune.
It uses laser phototherapy, which stimulates hair follicles and gives them the energy which is needed to promote the hair growth. This will leave you with a fuller, healthier, and thicker head of hair. It is pretty much agreed that a healthy scalp, with healthy blood flow, does help stimulate hair growth. The technology used in this brush is essentially encouraging that stimulation of the scalp area.
Clearly when buying a hairbrush as expensive as this one, it is well worth looking at what actual buyers and users have to say. These are after all people who have bought the product, used it and then taken the time to leave a review.
We found that around half of all buyers rated this as a 5 star product. It therefore clearly worked for those buyers. About 1 in 5 buyers gave it a 1 star rating, so based on that it would be safe to say, that it clearly did nothing for them. Overall it attracts an average rating of 3.8 out of 5 stars.
If you look at the overall ratings around 2/3 of all buyers stated that it helped them grow hair. Now that is quite a long way from the 94% that was originally claimed. Nevertheless it did work for about 2 out of every 3 men who used it.
According to buyers, this seems to work really well for 2 out of every 3 buyers. The principle of laser technology and scalp stimulation has been proven to encourage hair growth. It has also been clinically tested.
Overall though it does seem to take time, so patience will be required, if you want to see good results.
