Philips are one of the best know and well respected manufactures of electrical equipment. They are probably better known for their electric shavers but they do make the full range of electrical products. Their beard trimmers are all quality products and this Philips Series 3000 Cordless Beard Trimmer QT4013/23 is one of their highest rated models. 

The RRP on this unit is £45 and we haven't been able to find them on line any cheaper than that. It averages 4.3 out of 5 in the ratings and is one of the best trimmers in the range. It is also a really big seller.

This beard trimmer is a cordless model which also works while attached to the mains. It has an impressive 1 hour charge time which will give you 1 hour of use, though in practice we found it lasted around 50 minutes after a full charge. It will do a cut range of 0.5 - 10mm with lock in settings beards can be trimmed to the exact length every time.
